Our Clients are interior designers and required a professional high-end refurbishment and loft conversion to a 5 bedroom house in Clapham with a high specification finish. Works were successfully completed and the owners moved back into the completed house.
Our Clients were the freeholder owning one existing flat which was fully refurbished. They also owned a vacant ground and basement shop unit which had permission for change of use. The unit had a full extensive refurbishment and then the whole block had replacement windows and external repair and redecoration works.
