Our Clients purchased the site with Planning permission, we took over the site following
demolition and undertook the full build which consisted of piled foundation, load bearing
masonry with local steelwork, timber floors and Sarna flat roof over. Full architectural fit
out works were undertaken. Once the properties were completed all were sold within 9
months with 10 years warranties by Checkmate, of which we are members.
