PDR Consent was obtained for the conversion of offices to outstanding apartments. NVC
carried out a full strip out of the existing office building. Followed by ground works to lower
the floor level and increase the height of the lower ground floor. Full architectural fit out
works were undertaken, including full window replacement, external decorations and
landscaping works.
