We acted as Primary Contractors for a developer on a 7-storey new build block of flats and
retail at ground floor. With piled foundations and a steel frame, access issues were
overcome, and the complex build progressed well. The architectural fit out was to a high
level, and the developer sold the whole block to an investor at completion.
